New year resolution

It’s the new year which means renewed hopes, new goals, and of course the obligatory new year resolutions.

As far as this blog is concerned, my new year resolution for Experience Matters is that I will be conducting a usability review / customer experience audit every week – this could be a usability analysis of a web interface, a review of a company’s service, or a case study of a product from an end-user experience perspective.
